Skimming and Booming
Skimming and booming have been at the heart of our strategy to prevent oil from reaching the shore.
Our strategy is to have massive oil skimming, burning and recovery assets at the source so that we minimize the amount of oil that may eventually come ashore.
We have worked closely with the US Coast Guard and local incident commanders to deploy skimming and booming resources throughout Mississippi waters.
